You might be wondering to yourself, how do I pronounce her name?? Say it with me: ro-see-oh.
I’m one of the seemingly few people born and raised in Los Angeles. I also grew up loving writing for fun and anything visual arts. So I’m pretty grateful to the weird world of advertising for allowing me to build a career around both of these crafts. While I’m formally educated with a degree in graphic design, I’ve also been writing for the bulk of my career in both English and Spanish.

I have over 15 years of agency experience leading (and winning) new business pitches, mentoring teams, developing creative strategies that lead with cultural insights, and thinking up big brand-building ideas. I’ve won awards, won new business and have had the pleasure of judging at award shows like The Drum, Digiday and The Effies. I’m a very rare breed of deeply collaborative hybrid art and copy that sits happily at the intersection of Culture, Strategy, and Craft. I believe in saying thank you, the power of community, and that empathy for others provides you the invaluable superpower of having a very diverse perspective. I love challenges and hate egos. Not Eggos, those are pretty ok.
