Hi there you might be wondering to yourself, how do I pronounce her name?? Say it with me, ro-see-oh. I’m one of the seemingly few Los Angeles locals who grew up loving both writing and anything visual arts. So I’m pretty grateful to the weird world of advertising for allowing me to build a career around both of these crafts. While I’m formally educated with a degree in design, I’ve also been writing for the bulk of my career in both English and Spanish.

I have 16 (OMG SIXTEEN?!) years of agency experience leading (and winning) new business pitches, mentoring teams, developing creative strategies that lead with cultural insights, and thinking up big brand-building ideas. I’ve won awards, won new business and have had the pleasure of judging awards for The Drum, Digiday and The Effies. I’m a very rare breed of deeply collaborative hybrid art and copy that sits happily at the intersection of Culture, Strategy, and Craft. I believe in saying thank you, the power of community, and that empathy for others provides you the invaluable superpower of having a very diverse perspective. I love challenges and hate egos. Not Eggos, those are pretty ok.
